Gilles Satgé, 43 years old, CEO
|
|
Graduate of ESCP and chartered accountant with a published thesis, Gilles Satgé spent the first 10 years of his career with Arthur Andersen. From 1997 to 2001, he took on the responsibilities of financial management at Lexiquest, Sterling Software and then Webnet. With Frédéric Pot, he founded Lucca in March 2002. In particular, he is involved in software design.
If you call Lucca and ask
for a sales representative, you're likely to get him. Don't worry.
Despite an exterior that's a bit brusque and a tendency to theorize
about everything, he's quite a sociable person.

Frédéric Pot, 30 years old, Operations Manager
|
|
After a degree in chemical engineering (ESCOM) and a DEA (Diplôme d'études avancées, a French graduate degree) in industrial engineering (université de Lyon), Frédéric Pot began his career at Webnet.
In March 2002, he founded Lucca with Gilles Satgé.
Frédéric Pot is Head of Operations, and in particular
intervenes in areas related to UGO.
Frédéric is
rather a bulldozer. The fact that a project can have an overrun in cost
or time is a thought that makes him ill. With Frédéric,
projects are like trains; they always arrive on time.

Bruno Catteau, 28 years old, Head of R&D
|
|
Engineer with a diploma from ENSAM
(Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers). After
taking on the functions of engineer-developer at Webnet, Bruno Catteau
joined Lucca in April 2003. He is Head of R&D, and intervenes in
particular in areas related to URBA.
Passionate about
computing and always at the cutting edge of high-tech news, Bruno is
persuaded that new technologies can contribute to improving a world
that is definitely too unjust.

Nicolas Faugout, 25 years old, engineering consultant
|
|
Engineer with a degree from Mines de Douai, Nicolas joined Lucca in December 2004.
Nicolas intervenes in
particular in using the AJAX development approach, which he has become
an expert in. In collaboration with Bruno Catteau, he has prepared a
book on the subject that has been published in September 2006 by
MicroApplications. He shares his experience in his blog: Ajax-Prototype.

Régis de Germay, 25 years old, Business Developer
|
|
With is Master of Paris II, Régis is our business Developer. If you're one of our leads, you will soon receive a call from him.
Every morning, Régis wakes up with is favorite video from the mythical scene of Glengarry Glen Ross, kwown as "Coffee's for closers".

Guillaume Allain, 23 years old, Engineering Consultant
|
|
Engineer with a diploma from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers) Guillaume takes is first job with us. Like everybody in Lucca, he will do some conception, some R&D, some Administrative task and lot's of developments.
