Avec une croissance structur\u00e9e autour de la tech, des ventes, du marketing et de la finance, l\u2019embauche d\u2019un \u201cChief People Officer\u201d descend en bas de l\u2019\u00e9chelle des priorit\u00e9s. Le sujet revenant souvent dans le giron d\u2019un CEO d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien occup\u00e9 \u00e0 tout g\u00e9rer.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mais est-ce que le mod\u00e8le porte ses fruits<\/strong> ? R\u00e9ponse courte : pas franchement. Des pratiques qui \u201cpullulent\u201d dans les startups d\u2019apr\u00e8s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elise Fabing, avocate au barreau de Paris et du mouvement \u201cBalance ta Startup\u201d.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019avocate \u00e9pingle un culte des \u201cPatrons Gourous\u201d, les menaces d&rsquo;atteinte \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation si les collaborateurs ne se d\u00e9vouent pas corps et \u00e2me au travail et les licenciements de salari\u00e9s actionnaires fr\u00e9quents\u2026 disons\u2026 \u00e0 la veille d\u2019une lev\u00e9e de fonds. Back Market, la deuxi\u00e8me plus grosse startup fran\u00e7aise, a annonc\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2023 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.presse-citron.net\/ca-licencie-chez-back-market-la-pepite-francaise-du-reconditionne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une suppression de 93 emplois dont 63 en France<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <strong>Une vague de licenciements dans le secteur de la tech qui prend des allures de tsunami<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale avec <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfmtv.com\/tech\/meta-amazon-alphabet-les-plans-de-licenciement-se-succedent-dans-la-tech-americaine_AV-202301230129.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 000 licenciements en 2022 et 134 000 suppressions de postes depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
