Ce texte concerne la prime pouvoir d\u2019achat promise aux agents des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales. Une promesse gouvernementale qui a pris de court les collectivit\u00e9s puisque ces derni\u00e8res n\u2019\u00e9taient pas du tout au courant. De fait,<\/span> <b>beaucoup de collectivit\u00e9s craignent de ne pas pouvoir financer ces primes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 voire 2 millions d\u2019euros pour certaines). Il permet aux salari\u00e9s<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/actualites\/A16756\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s pendant un arr\u00eat de travail<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour maladie ou accident non professionnel. Il s &lsquo;agit d\u2019une <\/span><b>mise en conformit\u00e9 du droit fran\u00e7ais avec le droit de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.fr\/votre-carriere\/vous-exercez-un-metier-rh-decouvrez-si-vous-gagnez-plus-ou-moins-que-votre-collegue-1480005\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les m\u00e9tiers RH les plus recherch\u00e9s et les mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><b>Les profils les plus recherch\u00e9s en 2024 sont donc<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : les gestionnaires et responsables de paie et ADP, les charg\u00e9s et responsables de recrutement, les responsables RH, les assistants RH, les charg\u00e9s et responsables de formation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quant aux mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: rel=\"noopener\"><b>une DRH a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se faire justice elle-m\u00eame<\/b><\/a><b> avec une magouille \u00e9labor\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : elle effectuait des demandes d\u2019avance sur salaires en imitant la signature de ses coll\u00e8gues et r\u00e9digeait les ch\u00e8ques correspondant en imitant la signature de la dirigeante. Elle encaissait ensuite lesdits ch\u00e8ques. Et en 2023, la tendance est stationnaire. D\u2019apr\u00e8s un sondage de BVA People Consulting pour Workplace Options, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usinenouvelle.com\/editorial\/chronique-rh-face-a-l-absenteisme-les-mauvais-reflexes-et-les-bonnes-techniques.N2174492\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>39% des travailleurs d\u00e9clarent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 en arr\u00eat de travail au cours des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents<\/b><\/a><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En parall\u00e8le 60% des DRH interrog\u00e9s pensent que certains arr\u00eats maladies ne sont pas justifi\u00e9s par des raisons m\u00e9dicales.
