D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude Ifo Institut et EconPol de juillet 2023, les fran\u00e7ais prenaient 0.6 jours par semaine en moyenne. Autre signe du d\u00e9clin, la baisse fulgurante du nombre de jobs en full-remote : 71% en 2022 contre 27% fin 2023.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais ce qui sonne r\u00e9ellement le glas du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\u2026 C\u2019est le ressenti patronal. Pour 73% des employeurs, d\u2019apr\u00e8s le Forum Mondial de l\u2019OCDE, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail contribue \u00e0 une dilution du sentiment d\u2019appartenance et \u00e0 l\u2019effritement de la culture d\u2019entreprise. <\/span><b>60% des patrons pensent m\u00eame que cela nuit \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence collective<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019innovation et que cela accentuerait les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les \u00abcols bleus\u00bb qui doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents, et les \u00abcols blancs\u00bb dont la pr\u00e9sence physique n\u2019est pas indispensable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 productivit\u00e9, le 100% t\u00e9l\u00e9travail entra\u00eenerait une baisse de 18% de la productivit\u00e9 chez les collaborateurs. Et dans les commentaires, les visions s\u2019affrontent. Un directeur d\u2019agence bancaire y va de son \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les jeunes ont perdu le sens de l\u2019effort<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb, d\u2019autres mod\u00e8rent plus leur propos et parlent de jeunes qui veulent travailler mais qui \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne sont plus les m\u00eames<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb, quand d\u2019autres s\u2019insurgent et font le parall\u00e8le avec l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9 o\u00f9 \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les philosophes th\u00e9orisaient sur la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration jug\u00e9e moins bonne que la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u2019en est-il r\u00e9ellement ? Une rapide enqu\u00eate (comprenez \u00abrequ\u00eate Google\u00bb) sur une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ant\u00e9rieure suffit pour avoir une \u00e9bauche de r\u00e9ponse.
