D\u00e9j\u00e0 parce qu\u2019il a quasiment invent\u00e9 le concept (non pas que la culture d\u2019entreprise n\u2019existait pas avant lui, mais il l\u2019a th\u00e9oris\u00e9e) et ensuite parce que <strong>tous les auteurs qui se risquent \u00e0 proposer leur propre d\u00e9finition ne font que le paraphraser<\/strong>. Alors on va pas se g\u00eaner pour le citer.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s Edgar Schein, la culture organisationnelle est structur\u00e9e en trois niveaux :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les manifestations visibles : artefacts et comportements<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les valeurs\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les hypoth\u00e8ses implicites\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les grandes lignes, c\u2019est ce qui permet aux entreprises de <strong>s\u2019adapter aux changements du march\u00e9<\/strong> et d\u2019int\u00e9grer correctement les nouvelles recrues (on vous \u00e9pargne la lecture de la d\u00e9finition officielle, elle est disponible sur Wikip\u00e9dia).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors c&rsquo;est bien beau tout \u00e7a, mais comment la culture d&rsquo;entreprise se manifeste-t-elle ?
