Il s\u2019agit du terme <\/span><b>kakistocratie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, litt\u00e9ralement, \u00ab le pouvoir des mauvais \u00bb. Un terme popularis\u00e9 en France par la chercheuse en science du changement Isabelle Barth, pour qui <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/usbeketrica.com\/fr\/article\/fabrique-de-l-incompetence-obsolete-tyrannique-le-monde-de-l-entreprise-a-t-il-encore-un-avenir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019entreprise est une fabrique de l\u2019incomp\u00e9tence qui s\u2019auto-entretient<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mais le choix de The Economist n\u2019est pas motiv\u00e9 par une envie de rendre hommage \u00e0 Isabelle Barth et d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le cadre m\u00eame de l\u2019entreprise. Et bien la ville d\u2019Angers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Angers a pu dire \u00ab merde ! \u00bb \u00e0 Elon Musk. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/mathilde-le-henaff-37a88895_elonmusk-twitter-conseildeprudhommes-activity-7270388427408162816-lNhE\/?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_android\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le conseil de Prud\u2019hommes d\u2019Angers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1859829435182219408\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Elon Musk se vantait d\u2019avoir licenci\u00e9 80% des effectifs de X (ex-Twitter) apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir rachet\u00e9 en 2022<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><b>Des licenciements d\u00e9guis\u00e9s en d\u00e9missions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puisque l\u2019entrepreneur avait envoy\u00e9 un email \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s en novembre 2022. Si ces derniers voulaient rester, ils devaient cliquer sur un lien et <\/span><b>accepter de travailler de mani\u00e8re \u00ab hardcore \u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pour les employ\u00e9s qui n\u2019avaient pas cliqu\u00e9, <\/span><b>X leur annon\u00e7ait leur d\u00e9mission deux jours plus tard<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mais certains de ces salari\u00e9s r\u00e9sidaient en France et l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux \u00e9tait concern\u00e9 par ce licenciement-d\u00e9mission. Et <\/span><b>en France, on ne rigole pas trop avec le droit du travail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Le conseil de Prud\u2019hommes d&rsquo;Angers a rappel\u00e9 que<\/span><b> la d\u00e9mission devait \u00eatre un \u00ab acte libre du salari\u00e9 \u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et a condamn\u00e9 X pour licenciement abusif. Pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me, <\/span><b>YesMadam a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de traiter le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la racine en supprimant la source de stress chez ces employ\u00e9s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire leur travail. Quelques jours apr\u00e8s l\u2019enqu\u00eate, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/varunramg\/status\/1866130316311630076?t=z3OqovRWr6eAE_zcbbKqZQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ils ont re\u00e7u un email<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du service RH leur annon\u00e7ant que, pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la situation, l\u2019entreprise les licenciait.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais peu de temps apr\u00e8s, <\/span><b>retournement de situation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, YesMadam a jou\u00e9 la carte <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab haha on vous a bien eu, en fait c\u2019\u00e9tait une blague ! \u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. L\u2019entreprise a publi\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/yesmadamofficial_statement-activity-7272106684192292865-NNR8\/?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktopktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un communiqu\u00e9 sur LinkedIn stipulant qu\u2019ils s\u2019agissait en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019une cascade marketing (visiblement sans filet)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour<\/span><b> sensibiliser au sujet du stress au travail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les salari\u00e9s se sentent pris au pi\u00e8ge car le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi ralentit et pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent s\u2019accrocher \u00e0 leur poste. Ils restent mais par obligation et non par envie. Ce qui cr\u00e9e des baisses de performances dans les entreprises et entretient le manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.
