Un gigantesque FOMO qui a quand m\u00eame co\u00fbt\u00e9 entre <\/span><b>30 et 40 milliards de dollars au total. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais, \u00f4 surprise, <\/span><b>95% de ces organisations ne constatent aucun retour sur investissement mesurable dans ces technologies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cette utilisation de l\u2019iA a cr\u00e9\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2025\/09\/ai-generated-workslop-is-destroying-productivity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ce que la Harvard Business Review appelle le \u00ab workslop<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00bb (que nous avons choisi de traduire par \u00ab corpo-pourri \u00bb) : un contenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la va-vite par IA, d\u00e9guis\u00e9 en bon travail, mais qui s&rsquo;\u00e9croule d\u00e8s qu\u2019on gratte la surface. Autrement dit, le cr\u00e9ateur du contenu s&rsquo;acquitte de sa t\u00e2che en un temps record\u2026 mais la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9 du livrable <\/span><b>force le destinataire \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter, corriger voire refaire enti\u00e8rement le travail demand\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Et forc\u00e9ment, \u00e7a p\u00e8se financi\u00e8rement sur les entreprises.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tude (toujours en cours) men\u00e9e par <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stanforduniversity.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_4Mjwa0jWw2Pu3TE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BetterUp Labs et le Stanford Social Media Lab<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, les employ\u00e9s perdent en moyenne une heure et 56 minutes par mois \u00e0 g\u00e9rer du \u00ab corpo-pourri\u00bb, <\/span><b>soit une taxe invisible de 186 dollars<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019une entreprise de 10 000 salari\u00e9s, dont 40% des collaborateurs sont concern\u00e9s par le \u00ab workslop \u00bb en moyenne, <\/span><b>cette perte de productivit\u00e9 co\u00fbte environ 9 millions de dollars par an<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Paradoxalement, ce narratif tr\u00e8s entrepreneurial et lib\u00e9ral n\u2019est plus si \u00e9loign\u00e9\u2026 de la propagande communiste. 90 ans plus t\u00f4t, Alekse\u00ef Stakhanov \u00e9rig\u00e9 en figure de proue de la productivit\u00e9, donnait naissance au Stakhanovisme, <\/span><b>la Hustle Culture sovi\u00e9tique originelle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais cette valorisation du travail acharn\u00e9 <\/span><b>reste pour l\u2019heure une lubie de fondateurs de startups<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui esp\u00e8rent convaincre leurs salari\u00e9s de consentir aux m\u00eames sacrifices.
