D\u00e9j\u00e0 parce qu\u2019il a invent\u00e9 le concept (non pas que la culture d\u2019entreprise n\u2019existait pas avant lui, mais il l\u2019a th\u00e9oris\u00e9e) et ensuite parce que tous les auteurs qui se risquent \u00e0 proposer leur propre d\u00e9finition ne font que le paraphraser.\u00a0 Alors on va pas se g\u00eaner pour le citer.<\/p><p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s Edgar Schein, la culture organisationnelle est structur\u00e9e en trois niveaux :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Les manifestations visibles : artefacts et comportements<\/li><li>Les valeurs\u00a0<\/li><li>Les hypoth\u00e8ses implicites\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans les grandes lignes, c\u2019est ce qui permet aux entreprises de s\u2019adapter aux changements du march\u00e9 et d\u2019int\u00e9grer correctement les nouvelles recrues (on vous \u00e9pargne la lecture de la d\u00e9finition officielle, elle est disponible sur Wikip\u00e9dia).<br><br>Alors c'est bien beau tout \u00e7a, mais comment la culture d'entreprise se manifeste-t-elle ?
