En revanche, les entreprises de plus de 25 salari\u00e9s doivent mettre \u00e0 disposition un local ou un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la restauration, que des titres-restaurant soient distribu\u00e9s ou non.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-318fae9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"318fae9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Si ma soci\u00e9t\u00e9 distribue des titres-restaurant, elle doit le faire pour tous les salari\u00e9s.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bed4e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7bed4e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>C\u2019est vrai.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p class=\"text-text-05 font-main-content-body\">Tous les salari\u00e9s soumis \u00e0 un lien de subordination doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des m\u00eames droits, incluant CDI, CDD, stagiaires, apprentis, int\u00e9rimaires, voire b\u00e9n\u00e9voles dans certaines associations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2b3177 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f2b3177\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pour distribuer les titres-restaurant, le mieux est de recourir \u00e0 une r\u00e8gle de calcul simple : 20 tickets tous les mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e sauf au mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8a7dec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e8a7dec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>C\u2019est faux (et pourtant fortement pratiqu\u00e9).<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9glementation pr\u00e9voit qu\u2019un ticket soit attribu\u00e9 pour chaque journ\u00e9e travaill\u00e9e sauf quand le d\u00e9jeuner du collaborateur est pris en charge par l\u2019employeur (s\u00e9minaire, notes de frais).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour \u00eatre en r\u00e8gle, il faut donc prendre en compte chaque mois dans le calcul des titres-restaurant \u00e0 distribuer :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le temps de travail du collaborateur (temps plein\/partiel et \u00e9ventuels jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s) ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ses absences ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ses notes de frais de d\u00e9jeuner ou les fois o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 par un coll\u00e8gue.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un calcul simple en th\u00e9orie, mais complexe dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019agr\u00e9ger chaque mois ces informations, en tenant compte des reports et des corrections d\u2019un mois sur l\u2019autre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04ac8e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"04ac8e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ma soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n'est pas oblig\u00e9e de distribuer des titres-restaurant aux salari\u00e9s en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfc8406 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfc8406\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>C\u2019est faux.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u2019ils le pratiquent de fa\u00e7on occasionnelle ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, les collaborateurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ont droit aux m\u00eames avantages que les collaborateurs sur site. Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient donc, eux aussi, des titres-restaurant. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c969b02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c969b02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les titres-restaurant doivent \u00eatre financ\u00e9s \u00e0 part \u00e9gale (50-50) entre l\u2019employeur et son salari\u00e9.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1066300 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1066300\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>C\u2019est faux.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><p class=\"text-text-05 font-main-content-body\">Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019exon\u00e9ration des cotisations sociales, la contribution de l\u2019employeur doit repr\u00e9senter entre 50% et 60% de la valeur du titre, dans la limite d\u2019un plafond fix\u00e9 par la r\u00e9glementation (actuellement autour de 7,18 \u20ac par titre en 2025).
