\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Gallup en 2023 r\u00e9v\u00e8le que seulement 58 % des managers estiment fournir suffisamment de retours \u00e0 leurs \u00e9quipes.<\/a><\/p><p data-start=\"534\"
