Pourtant, difficile d\u2019en d\u00e9gager une posture ou une vision claire. Dans un monde post Covid (doit-on vraiment nous \u00e9taler sur ce sujet ?) les entreprises \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 (bien) aborder et s\u2019engager sur les d\u00e9marches\u00a0<\/span>QVCT<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> raison, quand on observe \u00e0 quel point le sujet est clivant et flou : entre ceux qui n\u2019y croient pas, consid\u00e9rant que ces d\u00e9marches rel\u00e8vent du happiness washing, et ceux qui craignent et constatent une certaine injonction au bonheur. Il y a de quoi se sentir d\u00e9muni. Comment concilier performance et bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s sans proposer des d\u00e9marches ti\u00e8des de\u00a0<\/span>QVCT<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9gageons une bonne fois pour toutes le vrai du faux sur le bien-\u00eatre au travail et abordons ensemble comment mettre en place vos d\u00e9marches psychologique, la souffrance au travail n\u2019a pas disparu, elle a simplement journ\u00e9es de 18h, l\u2019absence de repos dominical\u2026 De la fin du XIXe\/d\u00e9but XXe \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, les conditions de travail se sont nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es. Fini la domination et l\u2019ali\u00e9nation au travail et bonjour l\u2019autonomie et la responsabilisation. Des facteurs tels que l\u2019augmentation des responsabilit\u00e9s, la polyvalence et la flexibilit\u00e9 conduisent \u00e0 un accroissement du stress.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame si la souffrance au travail a chang\u00e9 car les conditions ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 (baisse des intoxications, des accidents du travail mortels\u2026), les risques psychologiques n\u2019ont pas fait dispara\u00eetre la souffrance physique : le bilan est donc \u00e0 nuancer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d0c42b4 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d0c42b4\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-558df5b\" data-id=\"558df5b\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dec954b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dec954b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Par ailleurs, l\u2019augmentation importante de la souffrance psychologique de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es est \u00e0 nuancer \u00e9galement. Celle-ci est certes due \u00e0 une augmentation factuelle mais \u00e9galement due \u00e0 une augmentation de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat qu\u2019on lui porte. Mauvaise ambiance, augmentation de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme et du turnover\u2026 Les entreprises ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 se pencher sur la question du bien-\u00eatre au travail pour rester productives.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame en \u00e9cartant des moteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la performance, la loi impose aux employeurs d\u2019assurer et de prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des salari\u00e9s dixit l\u2019article L.4121-1 du Code du travail. Ceci \u00e9tant dit, cela ne nous aide pas \u00e0 savoir comment lancer une d\u00e9marche bien-\u00eatre viable au travail.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0f6a64 cta-img
