de salari\u00e9s (CDI, CDD, contrat d\u2019apprentissage\u2026), qu\u2019il soit en pr\u00e9sentiel ou qu\u2019il pratique le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, en France comme dans les <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/administration\/suivi-temps\/suivi-temps-union-europeenne\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">autres pays membres de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il permet \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de respecter les dur\u00e9es l\u00e9gales de temps de repos minimaux et temps de travail maximaux.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mani\u00e8re de consigner les temps de travail et de repos est \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de l\u2019entreprise. Toutefois, leur philosophie diff\u00e8re :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>avec une badgeuse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, le collaborateur doit s\u2019enregistrer \u00e0 chaque entr\u00e9e\/sortie du b\u00e2timent et \u00e0 chaque pause ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>avec un syst\u00e8me auto-d\u00e9claratif<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, le salari\u00e9 d\u00e9clare ses temps de mani\u00e8re asynchrone (a posteriori) via une interface d\u00e9di\u00e9e.
