Les salari\u00e9s ont de nouvelles nouvelles attentes en particulier sur tous les sujets touchant \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/pilotage\/modes-organisation\/flex-office-cohesion-equipe\">flex office<\/a>, d&rsquo;hybride et\/ou de flex time.<\/p><p>Fin 2020, une \u00e9tude internationale men\u00e9e par le cabinet BCG r\u00e9v\u00e9lait d\u00e9j\u00e0 que 60\u00a0% des salari\u00e9s souhaitaient davantage de flexibilit\u00e9. Le barom\u00e8tre \u00e9tabli par Parella, fin 2021, aupr\u00e8s d\u2019entreprises fran\u00e7aises, confirme que l\u2019app\u00e9tence est toujours l\u00e0, notamment chez les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Par exemple, le fait d\u2019avoir des enfants en bas \u00e2ge ou d\u2019assurer un r\u00f4le d\u2019aidant familial appelle encore <strong>plus de flexibilit\u00e9 dans la gestion des horaires<\/strong>, et une tol\u00e9rance dans les d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9ponse aux sollicitations.
