Il est plus expos\u00e9 au d\u00e9sengagement et aux risques psychosociaux. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/empreintehumaine.com\/la-detresse-psychologique-des-salaries-francais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">45%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u00e9clarent d\u2019ailleurs \u00eatre en d\u00e9tresse psychologique. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur en est alors largement impact\u00e9e. Pourtant, l\u2019importance d\u2019un suivi QVCT est encore trop souvent minimis\u00e9e, voire n\u00e9glig\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Investir dans des outils RH sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s n\u2019est donc plus une simple question de continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle. L\u2019enjeu est de maintenir des contacts directs entre le salari\u00e9 et l\u2019entreprise. Les outils de visioconf\u00e9rence et de messagerie instantan\u00e9e, privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s par 80% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es,\u00a0 ne sont pas suffisants.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019enjeu principal pour un passage r\u00e9ussi au mod\u00e8le hybride, repose sur la capacit\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e0 offrir la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail qu\u2019en pr\u00e9sentiel. Sur 43% des r\u00e9pondants qui m\u00e8nent des enqu\u00eates QVCT, seuls 18% sondent les salari\u00e9s plus d\u2019une fois par trimestre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La crise sanitaire continue de mettre \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve le lien social et la culture d\u2019entreprise.
