La satisfaction des salari\u00e9s au travail correspond plut\u00f4t au sentiment qu\u2019\u00e9prouve un salari\u00e9 lorsque son travail est en phase avec ce qu\u2019il souhaite. Elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 un sentiment d\u2019accomplissement.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un collaborateur peut \u00eatre satisfait dans son travail sans pour autant \u00eatre motiv\u00e9 ou engag\u00e9.
