Finance et a sond\u00e9 230 DAF sur leur mani\u00e8re de collaborer au sein de l\u2019entreprise (Mars-Mai 2022).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la QVCT \u00e9tait per\u00e7ue, il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, comme une ligne de d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaire sans ROI \u00e9vident, les DAF l\u2019ont aujourd\u2019hui bien compris, le bien-\u00eatre au travail est un investissement n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019abord parce que la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail agit directement sur la performance des collaborateurs mais aussi parce qu\u2019elle contribue ind\u00e9niablement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s au mal-\u00eatre en entreprise (turnover, absent\u00e9isme\u2026). 400;\">La notion de performance a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du concept de QVCT. L\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anact.fr\/file\/la-qualite-de-vie-au-travail-quest-ce-que-cest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anact<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Agence Nationale pour l\u2019Am\u00e9lioration des Conditions de Travail) d\u00e9finit d\u2019ailleurs la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail comme une <strong>\u00ab<\/strong><\/span><b>\u00a0une d\u00e9marche visant \u00e0 combiner performance et bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s \u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une longue cha\u00eene de causes \u00e0 effet relie la QVCT \u00e0 la performance : de bonnes conditions de travail am\u00e9liorent la satisfaction des collaborateurs, qui elle-m\u00eame favorise leur engagement et leur productivit\u00e9, ce qui facilite alors l\u2019atteinte des objectifs fix\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce lien de corr\u00e9lation a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes. Parmi les plus cit\u00e9es, celle de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Warwick o\u00f9 des salari\u00e9s sont choisis au hasard et sont rendus \u00ab heureux \u00bb par diverses actions (certains se sont vu offrir du chocolat, d\u2019autres ont pu se confier sur des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es\u2026). Leur productivit\u00e9 est ensuite compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle de leurs coll\u00e8gues n\u2019ayant pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ces actions positives. A cela s\u2019ajoute \u00e9galement la perte de productivit\u00e9 des collaborateurs contraints de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les t\u00e2ches d\u2019un coll\u00e8gue sur le d\u00e9part.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Environ 3 500 \u20ac par salari\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est le co\u00fbt g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l\u2019<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/qvt\/engagement\/detecter-raisons-absenteisme\"><b>absent\u00e9isme<\/b><\/a><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce montant inclut le co\u00fbt de remplacement des absents (heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou int\u00e9rim), les co\u00fbts de gestion administrative, l\u2019augmentation du budget allou\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9voyance sant\u00e9, ou encore le paiement du d\u00e9lai de carence, voire dans certains cas d\u2019un compl\u00e9ment de salaire en plus des indemnit\u00e9s vers\u00e9es par l\u2019assurance maladie.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3963b35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3963b35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sources : Etude Groupe APICIL et Mozart Consulting (2019), Barom\u00e8tre Ayming de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme et de l\u2019engagement (2022).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68e8186 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"68e8186\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au-del\u00e0 du poids financier, <\/span><b>le turnover et l\u2019absent\u00e9isme engendrent des co\u00fbts indirects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qu\u2019il est souvent difficile de chiffrer : risque de d\u00e9sorganisation, baisse de motivation des collaborateurs en poste, chute de productivit\u00e9, baisse de qualit\u00e9, retards de livraison, etc. Ce qui, par effet ricochet, entra\u00eene l\u2019insatisfaction des clients, la baisse du chiffre d\u2019affaires, et d\u00e9grade l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20f84fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"20f84fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">DAF et DRH, une coop\u00e9ration n\u00e9cessaire<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa89ea1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa89ea1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Compte tenu de leur impact significatif sur la performance financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise, la coop\u00e9ration entre le DAF et le DRH est n\u00e9cessaire pour prendre les mesures appropri\u00e9es et influer de mani\u00e8re efficace sur ces indicateurs afin de r\u00e9duire ses effets sociaux et \u00e9conomiques sur l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-295bead elementor-widget elementor-widget-testimonial\" data-id=\"295bead\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"testimonial.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-content\">\u00ab Les DAF ont leur r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie QVCT efficace. L\u2019analyse des indicateurs cl\u00e9s RH nous permet de remonter d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles alertes au CODIR,  et d\u2019orienter ou de prioriser les actions RH en cons\u00e9quence. Il convient ensuite de s\u2019accorder sur les lignes budg\u00e9taires n\u00e9cessaires pour les mettre concr\u00e8tement en place. \u00bb<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
