Un choix audacieux motiv\u00e9 par un <strong>fort besoin de recrutement<\/strong>. L\u2019entreprise, gestionnaire et fournisseur d\u2019eau potable, avait identifi\u00e9 la p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai comme <strong>un frein \u00e0 l\u2019attraction de talents<\/strong>. D\u2019autres employeurs ont opt\u00e9 pour la semaine de quatre jours ou encore la transparence des salaires pour s\u2019attirer les faveurs des candidats et renforcer leur marque employeur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par ailleurs, la finalit\u00e9 du recrutement consiste \u00e0 trouver le bon candidat, mais surtout \u00e0 le conserver. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, on consid\u00e8re un recrutement manqu\u00e9 lorsque le nouveau salari\u00e9 quitte son employeur moins de 12 mois apr\u00e8s son embauche.
