Certains gravissent des \u00e9chelons hi\u00e9rarchiques (la mobilit\u00e9 verticale), d\u2019autres changent de service ou \u00e9largissent leur p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019intervention (la mobilit\u00e9 horizontale).\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Quelques-uns changent de site, voire de pays (la mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique), tandis que des salari\u00e9s r\u00e9int\u00e8grent les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un long cong\u00e9 (sabbatique ou maladie, par exemple). Les besoins diff\u00e8rent entre le salari\u00e9 qui change de poste au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame d\u00e9partement et celui qui \u00e9volue vers un m\u00e9tier tr\u00e8s distinct. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019accompagnement d\u2019un collaborateur \u00e0 un changement de site n\u2019implique pas n\u00e9cessairement les m\u00eames attentions selon qu\u2019il d\u00e9m\u00e9nage de Paris \u00e0 Nantes ou qu\u2019il quitte Bruxelles pour la filiale de Sao Paulo. Ils pensent \u00e0 tort que l\u2019acclimatation se fera naturellement. La <\/span><b>mobilit\u00e9 interne ou la reprise de poste<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apr\u00e8s une longue absence constituent des <\/span><b>moments cl\u00e9s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Le crossboarding permet d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les <\/span><b>effets perturbateurs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dans un premier temps, ils \u00e9changent avec leurs managers respectifs et leur interlocuteur habituel aux ressources humaines. \u00ab\u2009<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous sommes ouverts \u00e0 la discussion\u2009\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, souligne Justine Coutier, HRBP. <\/span><b>La faisabilit\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la mobilit\u00e9 est syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Une premi\u00e8re esquisse de l\u2019accompagnement se dessine\u00a0: \u00ab\u2009<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/talents\/competences-carrieres\/gestion-de-la-formation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La formation,<\/a> l\u2019autoformation, du mentorat par les pairs (<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pair mentoring)<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le recours \u00e0 des prestataires ext\u00e9rieurs\u2026\u2009\u00bb,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> liste Justine Coutier. Charge aux parties prenantes d\u2019\u00e9tablir un parcours personnalis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Les \u00e9quipes se rapprochent.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L\u2019\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9part valide le souhait de mobilit\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019accueil \u00e9value le candidat. \u00ab\u2009<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le consulting m\u2019a recommand\u00e9 pour le poste\u2009\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se rem\u00e9more Hugo Valette. Un entretien entre son responsable et sa future sup\u00e9rieure scelle la possibilit\u00e9 du transfert. Dans le cas particulier de Mahen, son <\/span><b>emploi du temps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est <\/span><b>am\u00e9nag\u00e9\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00ab\u2009<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant trois mois, j\u2019ai b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une journ\u00e9e par semaine pour m\u2019autoformer. \u00bb<\/span><\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 ce stade du processus, les aptitudes au nouveau poste sont test\u00e9es. \u00ab\u2009<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On m\u2019a demand\u00e9 une \u00e9tude technique assez exigeante, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se rappelle Hugo Valette.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> C\u2019\u00e9tait concret. J\u2019ai pu comprendre pleinement ce qu\u2019on allait attendre de moi dans mes nouvelles fonctions.
