La formation professionnelle continue est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la simple ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un contrat de travail. \u00c0 ce titre, le principe g\u00e9n\u00e9ral veut que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/talents\/competences-carrieres\/employeur-impose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019employeur peut imposer une formation \u00e0 ses salari\u00e9s<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9895810 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9895810\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Et de former ses effectifs en cons\u00e9quence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par ailleurs, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cle licenciement pour motif \u00e9conomique d\u2019un salari\u00e9 ne peut intervenir que lorsque tous les efforts de formation et d\u2019adaptation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et que le reclassement de l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre op\u00e9r\u00e9 sur les emplois disponibles\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de l\u2019entreprise, rappelle l\u2019article L1233-4 du code du travail.
