L\u2019objectif est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 avec un seuil sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 atteindre. Par exemple, s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019augmenter le taux de satisfaction de la client\u00e8le, il faut fixer un taux seuil de X % par exemple.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Atteignable.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il faut que l\u2019objectif soit assez ambitieux pour constituer un d\u00e9fi. Il doit cependant rester r\u00e9alisable pour obtenir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion de toute une \u00e9quipe.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>R\u00e9aliste.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ce crit\u00e8re rejoint le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Il signifie seulement que l\u2019objectif est pertinent et atteignable compte tenu des ressources disponibles. C\u2019est un objectif qui est coh\u00e9rent avec la strat\u00e9gie globale de l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Temporel.<\/b> L\u2019objectif doit avoir une deadline pr\u00e9cise.
