En cas de manquement \u00e0 cette obligation l\u00e9gale, il encourt m\u00eame une amende pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 450 euros et le paiement de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, la d\u00e9livrance de ce document de paie doit se faire au moment m\u00eame du versement de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. En tous les cas, celui-ci doit \u00eatre remis tous les 30 jours et \u00e0 une date r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (par exemple tous les 25 du mois).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par ailleurs, depuis la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000035607388\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">loi travail de 2017<\/span><\/a><b>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation de la fiche de paie est devenue la r\u00e8gle, sauf en cas de d\u00e9saccord du salari\u00e9.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autrement dit, le bulletin de paie doit \u00eatre remis au salari\u00e9 sous forme d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutefois, si le salari\u00e9 exprime son d\u00e9saccord et pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le format papier, sa fiche de paie lui est remise en main propre ou par voie postale.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019autre part, l\u2019employeur est tenu de conserver les bulletins de paie pendant une dur\u00e9e obligatoire de 5 ans. C\u2019est pour cette raison qu\u2019il faut indiquer les informations comme le nom et pr\u00e9nom du salari\u00e9, son adresse, son num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, son poste et sa position hi\u00e9rarchique ou encore son coefficient de salaire.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efeb3ae elementor-widget diff\u00e9rentes cotisations sociales et indiquer, pour chaque ligne :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019assiette,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le taux,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le montant et la personne qui en a la charge (employ\u00e9 ou le salari\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici les diff\u00e9rentes cotisations sociales qui figurent sur un bulletin de paie\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sant\u00e9 (assurance maladie),<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assurance ch\u00f4mage,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accident de travail et maladies professionnelles,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CSG, CRDS,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">autres contributions \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employeur,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exon\u00e9rations et all\u00e8gements.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il faut, par ailleurs, pr\u00e9ciser le total des cotisations patronales, d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, et celui des cotisations salariales de l\u2019autre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis juillet 2023, le bulletin de paie doit aussi pr\u00e9ciser le montant net
