La personne d\u00e9sign\u00e9e est donc \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de l\u2019employeur.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En pratique, cette mission est souvent confi\u00e9e au manager direct du salari\u00e9. Cependant, le fait qu\u2019il conduise \u00e0 la fois l\u2019entretien professionnel et l\u2019entretien annuel accentue le risque d\u2019une confusion entre les deux, aussi bien pour le salari\u00e9 que pour le manager.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les \u00e9quipes RH peuvent se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des interlocuteurs appropri\u00e9s pour r\u00e9aliser les entretiens professionnels de chaque collaborateur. En effet, elles ont une meilleure connaissance des perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution, des opportunit\u00e9s de mobilit\u00e9 interne et des actions de formation.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutefois, dans les grandes entreprises, les services RH manquent parfois de moyens et de temps pour s\u2019entretenir individuellement avec tous les employ\u00e9s. C\u2019est pourquoi le manager op\u00e9rationnel h\u00e9rite souvent de cette responsabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 noter que deux repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019employeur peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents lors de l\u2019entretien. Attention, la preuve de la d\u00e9livrabilit\u00e9 du document revient \u00e0 l\u2019employeur en cas de litige.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Le salari\u00e9 peut-il refuser ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l\u2019employeur est tenu de l\u2019organiser et de convoquer chaque salari\u00e9, l\u2019entretien professionnel reste un droit pour le salari\u00e9, une simple facult\u00e9.
