Il doit simplement travailler un <\/span><b>certain nombre de jours par an<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/administration\/suivi-temps\/choisir-outil-suivi-temps\">suivi du forfait jours<\/a> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se fait annuellement, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un <\/span><b>document de contr\u00f4le<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui r\u00e9capitule le nombre de journ\u00e9es et de demi-journ\u00e9es de travail effectu\u00e9es par chaque salari\u00e9. Ce document doit \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 pendant 3 ans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un plafond annuel est mis en place. Selon le Code du travail, un salari\u00e9 en forfait jours ne <\/span><b>peut pas d\u00e9passer 218 jours de travail par ann\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sauf si le salari\u00e9 d\u00e9cide de renoncer \u00e0 ses jours de repos. Dans ce cas, il doit signer un avenant \u00e0 son contrat de travail qui lui permet de travailler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 235 jours par an.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : Le salari\u00e9 en forfait jours qui travaille moins de 218 jours dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant \u00e0 temps partiel, mais en forfait annuel en jours r\u00e9duit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De plus, les salari\u00e9s qui sont en forfait jours <\/span><b>ont droit \u00e0 des RTT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (r\u00e9duction de temps de travail) pour compenser l\u2019absence de d\u00e9compte horaire.
