Ce cong\u00e9 ne peut pas \u00eatre pris si un cong\u00e9 sabbatique ou un cong\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprise a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 pris dans les 6 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"871\"><p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"871\"><strong data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"704\">Demande :<\/strong> Le salari\u00e9 doit faire sa demande par \u00e9crit au moins 3 mois avant le d\u00e9part pr\u00e9vu. L\u2019employeur a 1 mois pour r\u00e9pondre et peut accepter, refuser ou reporter la demande.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1162\"><p data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"1162\"><strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"908\">Cons\u00e9quences pour le salari\u00e9 :<\/strong> Le salari\u00e9 conserve son anciennet\u00e9 et ses droits acquis (cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, retraite, mutuelle) et retrouve un poste \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 son retour.
