En principe, un salari\u00e9 acquiert <\/span><b>2,5 jours ouvrables par mois travaill\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, soit 30 jours par an.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour \u00e9viter toute <\/span><b>perturbation dans l\u2019organisation du travail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l\u2019entreprise peut :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9tablir un planning des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s par \u00e9quipe ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">imposer un d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance (souvent un mois) ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mettre en place un processus pour formaliser les demandes via un outil RH ou un mail formel avec la date, la dur\u00e9e et la signature du salari\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : L\u2019employeur peut refuser une demande de cong\u00e9 pour une question d\u2019organisation, mais il doit motiver sa r\u00e9ponse dans un message \u00e9crit.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eade98f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eade98f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les arr\u00eats maladie\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da87706 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da87706\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sant\u00e9, c\u2019est prioritaire. Ainsi, lorsqu\u2019un salari\u00e9 est malade ou victime d\u2019un accident, il peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 en arr\u00eat de travail par son m\u00e9decin. Cet arr\u00eat est \u00e0 <\/span><b>transmettre sous 48h \u00e0 l\u2019employeur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span><b>bons r\u00e9flexes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 avoir c\u00f4t\u00e9 salari\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">informer imm\u00e9diatement son manager ou la RH par message ou appel ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">envoyer le certificat m\u00e9dical (volet 3) \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">respecter les consignes (notamment les horaires de sortie autoris\u00e9s).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019absence est alors justifi\u00e9e et <\/span><b>indemnis\u00e9e par la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ainsi, il peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un cong\u00e9 de formation pour<\/span><b> renforcer ses comp\u00e9tences ou pr\u00e9parer une reconversion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ce dernier peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9 dans le cadre du CPF ou d\u2019un plan de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences par exemple.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le salari\u00e9 doit en <\/span><b>faire la demande par \u00e9crit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Un accord \u00e9crit de l\u2019employeur avec signature est recommand\u00e9 pour officialiser l\u2019absence.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : Pour l\u2019entreprise, ces cong\u00e9s sont une opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper les ressources internes et d\u2019encourager la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c96b26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5c96b26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa85ad9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa85ad9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certaines absences sont pr\u00e9vues par le Code du travail pour permettre aux salari\u00e9s de faire face \u00e0 des <\/span><b>\u00e9v\u00e9nements personnels majeurs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, ces <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donnent droit \u00e0 :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 jours de cong\u00e9 pour le mariage ou le PACS du salari\u00e9 ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 \u00e0 14 jours pour un d\u00e9c\u00e8s selon le lien de parent\u00e9 ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 jours pour la naissance ou l\u2019adoption d\u2019un enfant ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 jour pour le mariage d\u2019un enfant.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un salari\u00e9 peut \u00e9galement demander un cong\u00e9 sans solde, un cong\u00e9 sabbatique ou un cong\u00e9 parental.
