Ce pourcentage monte \u00e0 46% chez les absents de plus de 3 mois. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que l\u2019absence soit courte ou non, organiser un entretien individuel apr\u00e8s chaque absence est essentiel pour mettre le salari\u00e9 dans les meilleures conditions lors de sa reprise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de cet entretien, le manager doit :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demander au salari\u00e9 comme il se sent et s\u2019il a des craintes sur la reprise ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9tailler ce qu\u2019il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 en son absence (\u00e9v\u00e9nements formels ou non) ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collecter ses besoins pour ajuster son poste ou ses horaires de travail ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ajuster sa charge de travail ou revoir ses objectifs.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
