href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/talents\/recrutement\/signature-contrat-travail\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">signature du contrat de travail<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et formalise une offre ferme et d\u00e9finitive.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce document, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9dig\u00e9 sous forme de lettre ou d\u2019e-mail, doit pr\u00e9ciser les <\/span><b>\u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels du futur emploi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : intitul\u00e9 du poste, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, date d\u2019entr\u00e9e en travail \u00e9tablit le lien de subordination entre l\u2019employeur et le salari\u00e9. Elle peut \u00eatre retir\u00e9e tant que le candidat ne l\u2019a pas accept\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La promesse unilat\u00e9rale de contrat de travail : elle engage d\u00e9finitivement l\u2019employeur. Si le candidat l\u2019accepte, le contrat est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme conclu. Une r\u00e9tractation apr\u00e8s acceptation \u00e9quivaut alors \u00e0 une rupture injustifi\u00e9e, assimilable \u00e0 un licenciement sans cause r\u00e9elle et s\u00e9rieuse.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : la port\u00e9e juridique de la promesse d\u2019embauche d\u00e9pend de son contenu. aupr\u00e8s de son employeur actuel ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le poste vis\u00e9 ne sera disponible qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019issue
