En effet, seuls les salari\u00e9s de plus de 3 mois d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 (travailleurs saisonniers compris) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du maintien de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, sans majoration pour l\u2019employeur sauf accords de branche sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p><p>Les personnes travaillant \u00e0 domicile, salari\u00e9s intermittents, ou salari\u00e9s temporaires ne sont toutefois pas concern\u00e9s par cette mesure et ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient quant \u00e0 eux d\u2019aucune r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration lors de ce jour ch\u00f4m\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9243443 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9243443\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est travaill\u00e9 (hors 1er mai)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68eb798 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"68eb798\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hors accord de branche sp\u00e9cifique, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration n\u2019est pas ici major\u00e9e. Les salari\u00e9s per\u00e7oivent leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration habituelle.<\/p><p>Une convention collective peut cependant \u00eatre plus favorable pour les salari\u00e9s et pr\u00e9voir une indemnit\u00e9 ou impliquer un temps de repos suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3774819 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3774819\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est ch\u00f4m\u00e9 et tombe un 1er mai<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ae26ec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ae26ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est maintenue pour tous les salari\u00e9s, qu\u2019importe leur anciennet\u00e9 si le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 est ch\u00f4m\u00e9.<\/p><p>Si le salari\u00e9 travaille le 1er mai, sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration habituelle est maintenue et une indemnit\u00e9 compl\u00e9mentaire au moins \u00e9gale au montant du salaire lui est vers\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31bc42e elementor-alert-info elementor-widget elementor-widget-alert\" data-id=\"31bc42e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"alert.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-alert\" role=\"alert\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-alert-title\">Le saviez-vous ?<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-alert-description\">Un employeur ne peut demander aux salari\u00e9s de rattraper les heures de travail correspondant aux jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s ch\u00f4m\u00e9s. \n\nDans le cas o\u00f9 un pont entre plusieurs jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise, un employeur peut demander aux salari\u00e9s de rattraper les heures de travail non effectu\u00e9es. Ces heures ne concernent alors que les jours ouvrables non f\u00e9ri\u00e9s (cf article L. 3121-50 du code du travail).\n\nL\u2019inspecteur du travail devra cependant en \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement inform\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40e8bb7 elementor-widget
