Par exemple, si la moyenne est d\u00e9sormais autour de 18 \u20ac, un plafond fix\u00e9 \u00e0 27 \u20ac (soit 1,5 fois la moyenne) est un bon rep\u00e8re pour limiter les d\u00e9penses excessives. En effet, il n\u2019est plus rare de trouver des billets de train en 1\u00e8re classe au prix de la seconde, ou des chambres d\u2019h\u00f4tel 3 \u00e9toiles \u00e0 des tarifs tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titifs.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Par exemple, le remboursement d\u2019un billet de train aller-retour peut \u00eatre plafonn\u00e9 \u00e0 un montant fixe, comme 100 \u20ac pour un trajet donn\u00e9. Si le salari\u00e9 d\u00e9passe ce plafond, un contr\u00f4le est n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9cider soit d\u2019augmenter exceptionnellement ce plafond, soit de refuser le remboursement de la partie exc\u00e9dentaire. Cette approche permet de ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts tout en laissant une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 en cas de circonstances particuli\u00e8res.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"text-text-05 font-main-content-body\">Une politique de d\u00e9penses claire encadre les frais des collaborateurs pour \u00e9viter les abus et simplifier la gestion. En segmentant par m\u00e9tier, en assurant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et en fixant des plafonds pr\u00e9cis, elle ma\u00eetrise les co\u00fbts tout en restant flexible.
