sa carte \u00e0 son employeur via le service RH ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pour les cartes d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es : signaler son d\u00e9part et son solde restant au service RH.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les deux cas, l&#8217;employeur demande ensuite la d\u00e9sactivation de la carte \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9metteur pour proc\u00e9der au remboursement des titres non utilis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En pratique, seul le montant correspondant \u00e0 la contribution du salari\u00e9, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 40 % \u00e0 50 % de la valeur du titre, peut \u00eatre rembours\u00e9 au salari\u00e9. <\/span><b>Exemple :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour un titre de 10 \u20ac financ\u00e9 \u00e0 50\/50, le salari\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rera 5 \u20ac par titre non utilis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019agissant de la part employeur, elle reste acquise \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bon \u00e0 savoir :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tant que la carte n\u2019est pas restitu\u00e9e ni d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9e, le salari\u00e9 peut utiliser son solde restant pendant son pr\u00e9avis, dans la limite habituelle de 25 \u20ac par jour ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le salari\u00e9 peut <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refuser les titres-restaurant, mais sans compensation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mais attention : cette p\u00e9riode de tol\u00e9rance est souvent tr\u00e8s courte.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La plupart des \u00e9metteurs bloquent automatiquement la carte quelques jours apr\u00e8s la date de fin du contrat, d\u00e8s que l\u2019entreprise les informe du d\u00e9part.
