Bien qu\u2019il ne soit pas obligatoire pour les entreprises (contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/talents\/competences-carrieres\/entretien-professionnel-obligation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entretien professionnel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), cet entretien constitue un moment d\u2019\u00e9change privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 entre un manager et un collaborateur, dont il serait dommage Ceci le rend aussi indigeste que fastidieux.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>En reprenant\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucca.fr\/magazine\/talents\/competences-carrieres\/grille-entretiens-individuels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les grilles d\u2019entretiens<\/a>, il est possible d\u2019\u00e9liminer certains sujets tels que\u00a0: la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, la revue d\u2019objectifs ou encore la carri\u00e8re professionnelle. Ces points doivent faire l\u2019objet de campagnes d\u2019entretiens sp\u00e9cifiques.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lors de l\u2019entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation annuel, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de limiter les sujets \u00e0 aborder aux trois domaines suivants :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>les comp\u00e9tences ;<\/li><li>les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise ;\u00a0<\/li><li>les performances globales.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-639b123 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"639b123\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Accorder une importance \u00e9gale \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des entretiens d\u2019\u00e9valuation et \u00e0 leur r\u00e9alisation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c33007 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c33007\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019entretien annuel d\u2019\u00e9valuation permet de prendre du recul sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui vient de s\u2019\u00e9couler. Aussi faut-il pouvoir prendre le temps de se rem\u00e9morer ce qu\u2019il s\u2019est pass\u00e9.\u00a0Si cela peut sembler logique, en pratique, peu d\u2019entreprises en tiennent compte.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Lucca a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude en 2019 montrant que plus de 20% des salari\u00e9s de PME d\u00e9couvrent la grille d\u2019\u00e9valuation le jour m\u00eame de l\u2019entretien. Ces m\u00e9thodes pr\u00e9sentent des avantages et des inconv\u00e9nients\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">M\u00e9thode 1<\/span>\u00a0: pr\u00e9paration individuelle et d\u00e9couverte des annotations le jour J<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Avantage\u00a0<\/strong>: discussion profonde sur chaque point. On confronte les \u00e9carts de perception.<br \/><strong>Inconv\u00e9nient<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0chronophage et tr\u00e8s lin\u00e9aire car tendance \u00e0 rester coll\u00e9 au questionnaire.<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">M\u00e9thode 2<\/span>\u00a0: pr\u00e9paration du collaborateur re\u00e7u en amont par le manager<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Avantage<\/strong>\u00a0: gain de temps pour le manager.\u00a0On se concentre sur les \u00e9carts de perception.<br \/><strong>Inconv\u00e9nient<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0relation asym\u00e9trique. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle l\u2019\u00e9valuation coll\u00e9giale.\u00a0Le collaborateur est \u00e9valu\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on suivante :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>un coll\u00e8ge de pairs est form\u00e9 (compos\u00e9 de coll\u00e8gues et managers des autres services) ;<\/li><li>le manager partage son \u00e9valuation aupr\u00e8s du coll\u00e8ge ;<\/li><li>les membres du coll\u00e8ge r\u00e9agissent ;<\/li><li>si le coll\u00e8ge est d\u2019accord, on passe au collaborateur suivant ;\u00a0<\/li><li>en cas de d\u00e9saccord, l\u2019\u00e9cart est discut\u00e9 mais le manager d\u00e9cide <em>in fine<\/em>\u00a0de tenir compte ou non des opinions partag\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ul><p>Cette m\u00e9thode permet de croiser les points de vue, d\u2019\u00e9clairer le manager sur des aptitudes particuli\u00e8res du collaborateur. Mais surtout de minimiser les biais cognitifs (positifs comme n\u00e9gatifs) de la relation collaborateur \/ manager. L\u2019\u00e9valuation est donc pr\u00e9cise et objective.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Beaucoup d\u2019entreprises abandonnent l\u2019entretien annuel unique au profit de feedbacks continus ou de bilans semestriels\/trimestriels.
