Toutefois, pas question d\u2019en faire un mode permanent, seul 1% des sond\u00e9s l\u2019envisagent. La majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux estime que les salari\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleront entre 1 et 3 jours par semaine.<\/p><p>Cette transition brutale est donc finalement per\u00e7ue comme une v\u00e9ritable opportunit\u00e9 pour les organisations qui y voient l\u2019occasion de :<\/p><ul><li>Proposer un meilleur \u00e9quilibre de vie pour les collaborateurs<\/li><li>Augmenter la productivit\u00e9<\/li><li>Diminuer leur empreinte carbone<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfc0572 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dfc0572\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les managers sont les premiers concern\u00e9s par ce changement de mode de travail<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fdfd18f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fdfd18f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>92% des DRH pensent que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail va avoir des cons\u00e9quences directes sur le travail des managers<\/strong>. Pour \u00e9viter la perte d\u2019engagement, la d\u00e9gradation du lien entre\u00a0 le salari\u00e9 et l&rsquo;entreprise mais aussi les risques psycho-sociaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019isolement, les managers vont devoir se concentrer sur :<\/p><ul><li>L\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle et l\u2019assertivit\u00e9 : donner du sens, motiver<\/li><li>La mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence des \u00e9quipes<\/li><li>La fixation et le suivi des objectifs<\/li><li>La circulation de l\u2019information<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bf1be9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6bf1be9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Des pratiques RH et une organisation du travail \u00e0 repenser<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfa5469 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfa5469\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La mise en place du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail dans le contexte du confinement va devoir \u00e9voluer pour \u00eatre p\u00e9rennis\u00e9. <strong>Pour plus de 80 % des DRH, il faudra changer la politique RH<\/strong> et repenser l&rsquo;organisation du travail dans l\u2019entreprise. Cela passera par :<\/p><ul><li>Une plus grande autonomie des collaborateurs,<\/li><li>Davantage de transparence dans l\u2019avancement des projets ou des t\u00e2ches,<\/li><li>L\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation du travail en mode projet,<\/li><li>La mise en place de sessions de formations.<\/li><\/ul><p>Toutefois, si les DRH sont conscients des bouleversements qui les attendent, <strong>moins de la moiti\u00e9 (41 %) des DRH se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 investir<\/strong> pour mener \u00e0 bien cette transformation.
