C\u2019est le cas des secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019assurance : une journ\u00e9e par an pour la rentr\u00e9e d\u2019enfant de moins de 7 ans ;<\/li>\n<li>Publicit\u00e9 : une demi-journ\u00e9e d\u2019absence pour la m\u00e8re de famille ou le p\u00e8re assumant seul la charge des enfants ;<\/li>\n<li>Coiffure : 3 heures pour des enfants scolaris\u00e9s de 13 ans au plus ;<\/li>\n<li>Propret\u00e9 : une journ\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re rentr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f650a19 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f650a19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le cong\u00e9 de solidarit\u00e9 offert par l\u2019employeur<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1c14cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f1c14cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 est une journ\u00e9e de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire destin\u00e9e \u00e0 financer des actions pour l\u2019autonomie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et handicap\u00e9es. Elle est en principe travaill\u00e9e par les salari\u00e9s mais non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019employeur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la pratique, certaines entreprises pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent offrir cette journ\u00e9e \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs, plut\u00f4t que :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u2019imposer un jour de cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 ;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de supprimer une journ\u00e9e de RTT ;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de fractionner cette journ\u00e9e sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e (ex: les salari\u00e9s de la SNCF travaillent 1min52 de plus tous les jours) ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de baisser la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du salari\u00e9.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans ce cas de figure, c\u2019est l\u2019employeur qui assume enti\u00e8rement la charge de cette journ\u00e9e, et non plus les salari\u00e9s.
