ses cong\u00e9s acquis au cours de la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Cette derni\u00e8re est fix\u00e9e par d\u00e9cret du 1er juin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente au 31 mai de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours; mais peut toutefois diff\u00e9rer selon les dispositions conventionnelles de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>Les cong\u00e9s sont donc perdus (en th\u00e9orie) s\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pris. Cette r\u00e8gle est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus avantageuse lorsque le salari\u00e9 est r\u00e9cemment pass\u00e9 du temps partiel au temps plein ou a r\u00e9cemment obtenu une augmentation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a27cb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6a27cb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La r\u00e8gle du dixi\u00e8me<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07e3178 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07e3178\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La r\u00e8gle du dixi\u00e8me correspond \u00e0 retenir un dixi\u00e8me de la totalit\u00e9 des sommes brutes perc\u0327ues par le salari\u00e9 durant la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (1er juin- 31 mai). La totalit\u00e9 des sommes correspond \u00e0 celles r\u00e9mun\u00e9rant le travail effectif pendant la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et ne prennent pas en compte les primes sp\u00e9ciales (de Noe\u0308l, vacances, etc).
