pay\u00e9s \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employeur, d\u00e8s son premier jour de travail dans l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div style=\"font-weight: 400\">Que le collaborateur soit en CDI ou en CDD<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, l\u2019acquisition de journ\u00e9es de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s s\u2019acquiert au fil de l\u2019eau. Le nombre de journ\u00e9es de cong\u00e9s acquis est de 2,5 jours ouvrables (ou 2,08 jours ouvr\u00e9s) pour un travail \u00e0 temps plein chez le m\u00eame employeur. Il est possible de poser des cong\u00e9s d\u00e8s qu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55431c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"55431c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Anciennet\u00e9 et cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a41c9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a41c9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les salari\u00e9s peuvent pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 certains avantages comme des jours de cong\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires selon leur anciennet\u00e9. Attention, le Code du travail n\u2019impose rien \u00e0 ce sujet mais beaucoup de conventions collectives et accords d\u2019entreprise r\u00e9gissent cette pratique. La convention Syntec attribue par exemple au salari\u00e9 1 jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pour 5 ann\u00e9es dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, 2 jours pour 10 ann\u00e9es, 3 jours pour 15 ann\u00e9es et 4 jours pour 20 ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bcf12bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bcf12bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les droits aux cong\u00e9s (non pay\u00e9s) pour les stagiaires<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba14dac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ba14dac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lorsqu\u2019un stage se d\u00e9roule sur une p\u00e9riode sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 deux mois, la convention de stage doit pr\u00e9voir la possibilit\u00e9 de poser des cong\u00e9s et d\u2019autorisations d\u2019absence pour le stagiaire.
