Un refus doit cependant \u00eatre justifi\u00e9 (activit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise) et il ne peut \u00eatre abusif.<\/p><p>Depuis le 24 avril 2024, une r\u00e9forme majeure reconna\u00eet l\u2019acquisition de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s pendant les arr\u00eats de travail.
